Welcome Back Everyone

Updated: Sep 1

Dear SNHU Students,

On behalf of the Student Government Association I would like to welcome you all back to Campus and to the 2021-2022 School Year. Things may look different than they have in years past but we are super excited to have everyone back on Campus again! Today I just wanted to share a couple of things that Student Government Association is organizing for the fall semester and some other useful information that you may need this fall.

As we gear up for the Fall Semester, Student Government Association is accepting applications to join our team. Visit snhusga.org/getinvolved for more information. The application due date is 9/24/2021 at 12:00 PM [Noon Time}.

This semester Student Government Association is excited to announce that we will be running Penmen Pride once again! For those that do not know what Penmen Pride is, it is a Student Rewards program that SGA runs that allows you to earn points at eligible events that you attend. At the end of the Semester depending on the number of points you have, you may be eligible for a prize. Past prizes have included: $500.00 cash, speakers, movie tickets, and Amazon gift cards just to name a few! To see what events are Penmen Pride Events (Click Here). For more information regarding Penmen Pride (Click Here) or email sga@snhu.edu.

In addition to Penmen Pride, this year Student Government will also be taking suggestions and concerns from our SNHU on campus body. If you would like to submit a concern or suggestion, you can fill out a Suggestions Card and leave it in one of the Suggestion Boxes that are around campus. They are located in the Library, Athletic Complex Fitness Center, and in the Student Government Office (located in the Student Center in Room 115). We are also super excited now offer an online method as well! Visit snhusga.org/leavesuggestion to submit an electronic suggestion card.

On Thursday September 9th, 2021 at 7pm join SGA, CAPE, and IGC for Lawn Games on the Green Space, followed by the movie Forrest Gump at 9pm. To see more information regarding the Movie Night (Click Here). We hope to see you there.

In conclusion, we hope that you all have a great start to the semester and a great school year! If you have any questions please feel free to stop by our office or email sga@snhu.edu.

With Penmen Pride,

Ryan Barrett
