Apply for Spring & Fall 2021 Virtual Conferences

Hello Club and Organizations,

Student Government would like to announce that we have extended the deadline for Spring Virtual Conference Presentations; we will be hearing presentations for spring conferences on Tuesday, February 23rd and Tuesday, March 16th! If you do choose to present for a spring virtual conference, please submit your request no later than Wednesday, February 17, 2021 for a presentation date of February 23, or Wednesday, March 3 for a presentation date of March 16th. Click Here to visit the SGA Budget and Finance Page to apply for your conference request.

We will also be hearing Fall VIRTUAL Conference Presentations on Tuesday, March 16th and Tuesday, March 30th. If you do choose to present for a Fall Virtual Conference, please submit your request no later than Wednesday, March 3rd, 2021 for a presentation date of March 16th, or Wednesday, March 17th for a presentation date of March 30th. Click Here to visit the SGA Budget and Finance Page to apply for your conference request. Note: There is no attendee limit for the Fall Virtual Conference Requests. However, the per organization limit still remains.

Due to the uncertainty of the restrictions on travel, the decision to move forward with traditional in-person Conference Requests will be made at a later date.

We would like to remind you of the updates regarding the Budget and Finance Policies while the campus is closed. We have worked to adjust our policies to align with remote learning and restricted travel policies from SNHU. Please take a look at the updated Spring Budget and Finance Policies (Click Here) or the Virtual Fall Budget and Finance Policies (Click Here). Below are some key notes regarding these policies. Please also take a look at the Budget and Finance page on the SGA website as it has been updated to reflect current policies for this semester. Click Here to visit the SGA Budget and Finance Page.
