Spring 2021 Conference Request Updates

Updated: Jul 20, 2022

Hello Club and Organization Presidents,

Student Government would like to announce that we will be hearing presentations for spring conferences on Tuesday, February 9th! If you do choose to present for a spring virtual conference, please submit your request no later than Sunday, February 7, 2021, at 4:30 PM EST. Click Here to visit the SGA Budget and Finance Page to apply for your conference request.

We would like to remind you of the updates regarding the Budget and Finance Policies while the campus is closed. We have worked to adjust our policies to work with remote learning and restricted travel policies from SNHU. Please take a look at the updated Spring Budget and Finance Policies (Click Here). Below are some key notes regarding these policies. Please also take a look at the Budget and Finance page on the SGA website as it has been updated to reflect current policies for this semester. Click Here to visit the SGA Budget and Finance Page.

Conference Funding

  • $200.00 per Person

  • No in-person conference / no travel

  • No need to meet with OSI as travel is not being arranged.

  • You will still need to submit through the SGA website to present to SGA.

  • The attendee limit for conferences is 6 Students (or 5 Students and 1 Advisor if an advisor is attending).

  • Conferences for Fall 2021 are not being heard at this time. More information will be forthcoming regarding conferences for the 2021-2022 School Year

Additional Allocations

  • Groups must have spent their whole 20% before they can present to SGA to receive 5% more. We also reserve the right to examine what you have spent money on before we grant a 5% increase.
